A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Booty Barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. We focus on proper biomechanics for a safe and well structured class that can be modified for any fitness level. A 45 minute total body barre/sculpting class using intense interval exercises. The upbeat music playlists are designed to inspire you and keep you motivated throughout class.


Pilates Mat

Not your traditional Pilates mat class. Combining the Pilates Magic Circle, resistance bands, and free weights, this class will sculpt and lengthen your entire body. Oh, and did we mention ABS?

PILOXING is an exciting, new inter-disciplinary program that is attracting die hard followers including Hollywood celebrities and international stars. PILOXING uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging. PILOXING is the brainchild of Swedish dancer and celebrity trainer Viveca Jensen and the culmination of her mission to physically and mentally empower women through fitness. At the core of PILOXING is the principle that feminine is powerful and it aims for women to attain a sleek, sexy and powerful self-image. PILOXING blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. Add to that the fun and sexy dance moves that reflect Viveca's personality. In addition to Pilates and boxing movements, the exercise incorporates the use of weighted gloves which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health.

A 50 Minute intense Pilates based workout. It is performed on the Tower using leg springs, arm springs and push through bar and abdominals. Total body toning and lengthening workout. 12 hour cancellation required to avoid being charged due to the semi private class structure.  (Advanced Tower offered as well)

AntiGravity Restorative Yoga is the gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of AG Aerial Yoga. This powerful method focuses the mind through visualizations as it floats the body through a series of gently gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips and the connective tissues of the body. Each class features full body inversions alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction. It offers accessibility to students with physical limitations, but is loved by all as a portal into deeper spinal flexibility and mind/body connection.

Restorative is taught in a sequential flow to music and incorporates levitation meditations, zero compression inversions, supported sun salutations, joint opening poses, and a floating sivasana, while working from different hammock heights to allow for a gentle opening of the hips and spine.

The AntiGravity® Hammock acts as a soft trapeze and as a support while you master simple inversions and finally progress to more advanced poses. AntiGravity® Yoga is a fitness regimen designed by Christopher Harrison to increase one's overall health and physical agility while having fun and creating beauty. The technique was originally created for athletes and gymnasts and has since been modified and perfected for the everyday athlete. Incorporating components from dance, Pilates and calisthenics, AntiGravity® has created a complete workout that is certain to get you in shape while realigning you from the compression of gravity.

The movements are broken down incrementally, incorporating zero compression inversions, suspended stretching and FUN! It is great for cross training!
