At the core of PILOXING is the principle that feminine is powerful and it aims for women to attain a sleek, sexy and powerful self-image. Ultimately we all want great looking butts – whether it's Kate Upton's, Kim Kardashian's or J.Lo's we would like them lifted, perky, tight, toned and STRONG.  In this class you will work the glutes both top and bottom and everything that connects to them.  Through the use of cards and stability balls, real life functional moves such as bending, twisting, lunging and squatting are all part of this Butt Class.   Balance and flexibility are also included so you walk out of this class feeling confident and walking taller with a fit butt, ready to take on the world with more energy.
