AntiGravity® Restore, Stretch, and Decompress
AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga is the gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version AntiGravity. This powerful method guides the body through a series of gently gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips and the connective tissues of the body. Each class features full body inversions alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction. It offers accessibility to students with physical limitations, but is loved by all as a portal into deeper spinal flexibility and mind/body connection. Restorative is taught in a sequential flow with zero compression inversions, supported sun salutations, joint opening poses, and a floating savasana, while working from different hammock heights to allow for a gentle opening of the hips and spine.

The movements are broken down incrementally, incorporating zero compression inversions, suspended stretching and FUN! It is great for cross training!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa flow class that is a rigorous, moving flow, with a strong style that helps tone muscle and build stamina.
A 45 minute total body barre/sculpting class using intense interval exercises. The upbeat music playlists are designed to inspire you and keep you motivated throughout class.
In this signature class, you will sculpt and lengthen your entire body with one of our fitness chairs. You will also use bands, which adds extra resistance to help engage your core. This class is an awesome way to build long lean muscles and burn those calories and fat.
An inspiring and uplifting class that will fully challenge the body and mind. This moderate to fast paced class incorporates quick transitions and will introduce you to more advanced exercises and use of the apparatus. Increased repetition, complex coordination, balance, and resistance create a dynamic challenge that will elevate your Pilates practice.
