In 2000 Michelle became certified in Pilates by The PhysicalMind Institute in Mat and Equipment. She decided that Pilates needed to be shared with Bergen County and opened up a small studio in Cresskill. After six years, she moved to a slightly larger location in Tenafly. Appreciating the complementary benefits of yoga/hot yoga and Pilates, she combined the two disciplines in her studio. After doing so, an even larger space was necessary to accommodate the demand for the classes. Finding the perfect space for the new "coolhotyoga", she returned to Cresskill. Michelle is certified in Pilates Mat/Reformer, Piloxing, Yamuna Body Rolling, Booty Barre, and AntiGravity Fitness/Restorative.
Evangelina began her dance training in ballet at 5 years old and continued her training in Modern Jazz. Evangelina’s strong passion for teaching and enthusiasm for dancing combine to bring optimism and fun to her classes. She is proud to have inspired so many of her students to make fitness and a positive attitude a part of their lives. She is accredited by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a Group Fitness instructor. She is also certified in Antigravity Yoga, Booty Barre, Pilates, Piloxing and Zumba. Before following her calling for teaching fitness and dance, she worked as a Financial Consultant for Ernst & Young in NYC. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University and a Master’s Degree from Fordham University.

Shari is a RTY-200 certified yoga instructor. She received her training from Ben Wisch, Power Yoga in 2016. In 2017, she became certified in Trauma Sensitive Yoga under the guidance of Hayley O'Brien. Drawn to yoga as a healing modality, Shari fell in love with both the medicinal and spiritual benefits of this ancient practice. Shari's classes include both meditation and breath work as tools to help her students find balance and well being, while offering an invigorating Vinyasa Flow. She is honored to share her knowledge of yoga in a class full of creativity, self discovery, strength, healing, and inner peace. Shari's passion for yoga has spanned 10 years, but her deepest commitment is to her family and raising her 4 amazing kids. Shari's past career was as a lawyer in New York and New Jersey.
Lindsay Tesher is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She is also certified in Antigravity Yoga/Fitness Fundamentals, Aerial 1 and Restorative. With traveling as her passion, she studied in-depth aerial arts in Thailand and additional yoga training in Bali, Indonesia. In each of her classes she brings her world travels and makes you feel as relaxed as if you’re on vacation. You can also see her behind the desk as she is assistant manager of the studio.

Laura Cresci is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and holds a certification in Antigravity Yoga as well. An ACE certified fitness trainer and group class teacher since 1995, Laura turned her attention to Yoga in 1997 while living in London, England, studying with Michael Myerscough. In the U.S. she completed her 200-hour teacher training plus an additional 150-hours with Mandy Grant at Juluka Yoga NJ and her 300- hour advanced training with Laughing Lotus NYC. In her energetic classes, Laura encourages students of all abilities to move in a way that best suits them, with grace and intention, allowing lightness through breath yet steadiness through movement. She enjoys lighthearted humor and her everchanging playlists will inspire you to surrender yourself fully to your practice. You will leave your mat feeling peaceful, grounded and invigorated all at the same time.

Sarafina Orbe is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, Pilates and barre instructor. She has a bachelors degree in Exercise Science which gives her a unique insight on how the body functions during exercise. Sarafina has always been extremely active and started dancing at a young age which was a catalyst for her passion for movement. An injury at the age of 16 had her trade in her ballet shoes for a yoga/Pilates mat. She then realized her calling as fitness instructor. In her classes, she sprinkles different aspects of Pilates, barre and yoga, making sure to give you a fantastic workout that will never become boring.

Montana Cibischino was honored with her first National Award in 2005 for dedication to excellence and achievement. Nominated by her cheerleading coach, Montana has since continued advancing in the field of exercise and fitness. With extensive studies in Peru, Thailand, and Bonaire, Montana is recognized by the Yoga Alliance and Anti-Gravity fitness. As a cheerleader, it allows Montana to bring a motivational and enthusiastic, yet challenging experience to your class. Combined with her understanding of yoga, Montana is committed to leaving you inspired with skills inside and outside of the classroom to lead you to your goals.

Shira Kraft has been in and out of the exercise industry for over 28 years. She began her journey in high school and college as a way to make money. In the last 10 years she decided to go back to fitness and has made it her passion. She is AFAA certified in group fitness and mat Pilates. Shira also has a Mad Dogg certified in spin, jumping frog certified in all Pilates and an SLT instructor. She loves what she does and the people she does it with!
