How do I book classes?
Log in to your Mindbody App or your coolhotyoga Mindbody account. Choose your class, the date and time, then click book! We recommend you select the calendar reminder to receive a notification with your booking details.
What is your cancellation policy?
You have up to 12 hours prior to the start time of your class to cancel and avoid paying for the class you booked. Cancellations outside the 12 hour window are placed back into your account for next time. Cancellations within the 12 hour window are automatically taken from your account.
Please note, cancellations can only be done via your MindbodyApp or your coolhotyoga Mindbody account - we do not accept cancellations via social media, text, voicemail or email.
What if a class is full and has a waitlist?
When a class is full you can join the waitlist. If a position becomes available you will be notified via email or text message when our system automatically adds you to the class. Please respond to the email or text immediately if you cannot make it. No-shows will result in forfeiting that visit and a $20 “no show” fee.
Always jump on a waitlist as you’ll most likely get in!
Hot Tip: Ensure you have allowed communication via email AND text in your Mindbody App or MindBody Account to ensure you are prompted asap and don’t miss a class.
If you do not respond to a text message confirming your place in the class it is your booking to honor.
How do Waitlists work?
If you have placed yourself on a waitlist, you can receive a notification anytime up to 1 hour prior to that class if a position becomes available. Our system will automatically put you in that class, so please respond to the email or text immediately if you cannot make it as no-shows will result in forfeiting that visit.
By adding yourself to the waitlist it is your responsibility to check if you have been added to the class. Please be mindful that if you are waitlisted for an early morning class as you may still be automatically added to a class overnight if a position becomes available. If you make the decision to not be available for the early morning class before you go to bed, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

Should I wear grip socks during class?
We recommend wearing grip socks for secure footing, regular socks with no grips are not recommended. In the case you forget your grip socks, bare feet is the next best option
I have never done Pilates before. Should I join a group fitness class?
That depends on the individual. The majority of our new clients do just fine attending a coolhotyoga & pilates class. Although the classes are quite intense, classes are broken down using simple exercises so all individuals get the most out of their workout. Our classes are suitable for most ages, sizes, genders and athletic abilities and we offer modifications to suit.

Do I need to be fit to attend a class at coolhotyoga & pilates?
No. Our classes are suitable for most ages, sizes, genders and athletic abilities and we offer modifications to suit. Classes are broken down using simple exercises so each client can work at their own pace. It is low impact and easy on the joints, however don’t be fooled, this is an energetic group fitness class in which you will sweat! During class, it’s normal for the muscle group you’re working to shake and burn. That’s a good thing!
